Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead TPM execution to deliver on critical business goals and enable the next-generation Generative AI platform and tools.
  • •Manage and grow a world-class team of technical program managers and expand the TPM practice within the organization.
  • •Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks across the delivery lifecycle.
  • •Lead technology-focused discussions with senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations for technology decisions.
  • •Drive cross-team execution across product, engineering, design, and data science to deliver high-reliability, real-time experiences.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 245,100 - 279,800 annually

Key Requirements

  • •At least 9 years of experience in technical program management.
  • •Bachelor's degree.
  • •Design and build data-intensive solutions using distributed computing (9+ years preferred).
  • •Build distributed systems and highly available services using cloud computing (5+ years, preferably AWS).
  • •Deliver large and complex programs with Agile delivery and experience in highly regulated environments.
