Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate all aspects of assigned events, including pre-planning, on-site execution, vendor management, and post-event reporting and evaluation.
  • •Plan event elements based on established objectives, requirements, and budget, and develop agendas, run-of-show, and supporting materials.
  • •Arrange event logistics such as audio-visual equipment, event tools (e.g., WebEx), catering, hotel accommodations, facilities, signage, decorations, and entertainment.
  • •Prepare and present Requests for Proposals (RFPs), conduct site visits, liaise between suppliers/venues/company, and manage contingency plans as directed.
  • •Maintain event records (communications, registrations, and financial details), work to secure contracts and procure necessary insurance, permits, and licenses.

Key Requirements

  • •Associate's Degree in management, marketing, hospitality, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

  • •Experience preparing event plans and supporting materials such as agendas and run-of-show documentation.
  • •Experience managing event logistics including vendors and event components like AV, catering, and registrations.
