Join an entry-level team in Carvana’s inspection centers to help ensure every vehicle meets quality standards before it’s delivered to customers. Depending on your chosen role, you’ll detail vehicles, move cars between departments, take vehicle photos, or inspect interiors and exteriors to identify imperfections. Key Responsibilities

•Detail vehicles by performing tasks such as washing, interior cleaning, and exterior buffing.
•Move vehicles from one department to the next in Carvana inspection centers.
•Take photos of vehicles so customers can view them in Carvana’s vehicle spinners.
•Inspect vehicle interiors and exteriors and accurately identify imperfections/defects.
•Work mandatory overtime based on business needs to help deliver vehicles on schedule.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20 - 21 hourly

Key Requirements

•Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools, including lifting up to 60 pounds independently.
•Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license (some positions may require an MVR check).
•Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment and be exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold).
•Use safety equipment (e.g., face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and protective garments).
•Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
