Key Responsibilities

•Act as the final Deal Desk approver for non-standard GRC contracts, custom pricing, and service scope exceptions.
•Evaluate contract redlines and negotiate commercial terms across MSAs, SOWs, and order forms with Legal, Sales, and Customer Success.
•Own and enforce end-to-end deal approval workflows within HubSpot and Juro with audit-ready escalation paths and guardrails.
•Build pricing models, margin dashboards, and financial analyses to assess profit impact of discounting and new service offerings.
•Directly manage and coach Proposal Analysts, set operational priorities, run quality reviews, and create playbooks to speed turnaround and optimize quote-to-close.

•Advanced proficiency in HubSpot CRM for pipeline management, deal configuration, and property automation.
