Job Summary

Carry out day-to-day cleanroom operations to maintain controlled-environment integrity. Perform fabrication, assembly, or testing for electrical/mechanical components and other cleanroom-manufactured devices. Follow cleanroom regulations and operating procedures, complete batch records, conduct self-inspections, and carry out daily cleaning and disinfection. Support disposable product production steps including packaging, irradiation transport, and finished product finishing, escalating complex issues as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Carry out day-to-day cleanroom tasks by following defined procedures to maintain the controlled environment.
•Comply with cleanroom regulations and ensure safe operation of equipment and facilities.
•Execute process steps for disposable product production, including packaging, irradiation transport, and finished product finishing.
•Fill in batch records as required and conduct self-inspections to find and report problems.
•Perform daily cleaning and disinfection of the clean room; address recurring issues using prescribed solutions and escalate complex challenges.

Key Requirements

•Junior high school degree or above with a hardworking, practical approach and willingness to work.
•Cleanroom working experience; able to read simple mechanical and product drawings (preferred).
•Able to cooperate with overtime arrangements.
•Working knowledge of/experience in a tailor factory (preferred).
•Can be trained to follow cleanroom working environment and dress code of the purification workshop.
