Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide holistic spa treatments (massages, facial, body, and wellbeing treatments) to enhance the guest experience.
  • •Ensure spa services are professional, consistent, and compliant with Leading Quality Assurance (LQA) standards and hotel requirements.
  • •Prepare treatment rooms, maintain hygiene/sterilization, and wear correct uniform and name badge with impeccable grooming.
  • •Welcome guests, determine service needs, advise on spa programs, treatments, and products, and recommend appropriate massage therapies.
