Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with team leader/project manager and customers to understand on-site installation and repairs by forecasting issues, gathering materials, and synchronizing work.
  • •Serve as direct customer contact and take responsibility for products and equipment on assigned projects, diagnosing and repairing equipment and systems at customer locations.
  • •Diagnose and repair HVAC units using technical knowledge, cutting-edge software/technology, and hand tools while following blueprints or engineering specifications.
  • •Work as needed including overtime and weekends, with occasional overnight stays.
  • •Enforce safety standards and maintain security/accountability of company-issued and procured assets by recording use, wear, and conditions.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or equivalent; typically 5+ years of HVAC experience (technical school/formal training preferred).
  • •EPA Certification.
  • •Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office software and working proficiency with a hand-held computer (smartphone, iPad).
  • •Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major/frequent traffic violations in the prior 3 years.
  • •Ability to coordinate and execute on-site installation and repair work in a commercial environment.
