Proposal Engineer for Power Projects leading DCS proposals for datacenter and AI solutions, coordinating across sales, engineering, and global teams to deliver competitive, cost-optimized offers for North America power projects including new generation, retrofits, and renewables.

Key Responsibilities

•Prepare DCS proposals for power industry projects, including new generation, retrofits, renewable power applications, and datacenter/AI-focused solutions.
•Define proposal strategies that align with customer requirements, organizational goals, and market insights.
•Collaborate across teams to validate technical feasibility, engineering requirements, and cost-effective solutions.
•Engage directly with customers to communicate Emerson’s capabilities and understand application needs.
•Develop optimal project cost structures that mitigate technical risk and strengthen competitive positioning.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•BS degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related STEM field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
•Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
•Ability to travel up to 15% of the time
•Legal authorization to work in the United States. Sponsorship will not be provided for this position.
