Universal Banker - Tallahassee Financial Center

Provide timely, accurate client transaction processing while delivering a high-quality client experience. Serve as a cross-trained banker supporting sales and service, including outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities. Educate clients on digital self-service options such as ATMs, Online and Mobile banking. Support new account openings and problem resolution, maintain compliance with controls and risk policies, and advance product knowledge through required training.
