Key Responsibilities

  • •Guide hourly associates and support store operations to meet sales and operational goals, including in the absence of management staff.
  • •Train sales associates through one-on-one and small group sessions on product knowledge, store activities, job duties, and policies.
  • •Support merchandising and product displays in windows, showcases, and on the sales floor, including originating or following display schedules.
  • •Maintain sales floor fill and assist with product flow from stockroom to sales floor; communicate inventory levels and assortments with management.
  • •Complete sales transactions using cash/credit/checks, handle customer complaints and returns, and support sales techniques including add-on sales to reach goals.

Key Requirements

  • •Must have or be pursuing a high school diploma or GED.
  • •Three to six months of retail experience is preferred.
  • •Ability to use a point of sale system and maintain integrity through policy and procedure.
  • •Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and basic numerical skills for retail operations.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime during peak periods.
