Key Responsibilities

•Analyze and configure basic structural components of buildings to ensure design quality and safety.
•Review design criteria (geotechnical properties, wind and seismic loads, loads, fire protection) and ensure adequacy of design.
•Coordinate with architects and MEP teams to ensure safe designs that align with architectural concepts.
•Oversee on-site material testing coordination, ensure testing complies with specifications and codes, and prepare progress reports.
•Lead and mentor teams, support HSE initiatives, and ensure timely technical submittals and close-out documentation.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in structural engineering or a closely related field
•Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Civil Engineering
•Strong proficiency with CAD software and related design tools for drafting and technical drawings
•Extensive knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards to ensure compliance and quality assurance
•ERP knowledge, preferably SAP, to coordinate engineering and project management activities
