Job Summary

Oversee a technical team to deliver client facility services with the required quality, technical solutions, and budget alignment. Ensure team compliance with operational procedures and standards, provide technical supervision, and enforce health and safety on the assigned site. Identify and report site risks to the EHS team, coordinate teams for service coverage, evaluate performance, and recommend technical improvements. Supervise contractor work and maintain technical documentation and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure operational procedures, policies, and standards are followed by the team and take corrective actions when needed.
•Provide technical supervision so assigned tasks are completed to required standards.
•Implement and ensure Health and Safety procedures are followed on the assigned site.
•Identify risks on site and report them to the EHS team for corrective action.
•Coordinate site teams for service coverage and qualitative work aligned with client expectations.

Key Requirements

•Engineering degree, preferably Mechanical or Electrical.
•Min 4 years of experience in a supervisory team role with quality and service delivery responsibilities.
•Experience ensuring operational procedures, policies, and standards are followed and taking corrective actions.
•Knowledge of building technical installations.
•Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations and standards.
