Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive improvements in manufacturing capability by delivering benchmark methods and managing global standards across process areas.
  • •Support sites by mobilizing Central Teams SMEs to mitigate risks and help meet MAE targets across pillar programs.
  • •Build and implement processes to improve %UD/SD performance globally.
  • •Create and maintain a library of area-level BKMs for equipment and process engineers.
  • •Lead benchmarking and gap-closure strategies, and align systems through collaboration with SMAI to improve equipment performance.
