Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead multidisciplinary geological studies from exploration through front-end studies to final resource estimates and reporting.
  • •Direct geological modeling and resource estimation using Leapfrog, Datamine, Vulcan and similar platforms to ensure accuracy and compliance with global standards.
  • •Own the geology workstream for front-end studies (PEA, PFS, FS) and produce technical reports influencing project decisions.
  • •Mentor and develop junior geologists through technical reviews and career growth opportunities.
  • •Build enduring client relationships and collaborate across PAN to leverage international expertise for local solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of post-degree experience in resource geology with leadership in mineral resource estimation and geostatistical analyses
  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mineral Resource/Economic Geology, Geological Engineering, or related field
  • •Professional Geoscientist (P.Geo.) registration in Canada or eligible
  • •Deep technical expertise in mineral resource estimation and geostatistics with hands‑on proficiency in Leapfrog, Datamine, Vulcan, Supervisor, Isatis
  • •Strong knowledge of global mining disclosure standards and reporting codes
