Job Summary

Operate plant controls to weigh and deliver specified aggregates for loadout and dumping into trucks. Partner with plant crew to keep production efficient, perform pre-shift and end-of-shift safety and plant inspections, monitor gauges and machinery to meet processing specifications, and assist with maintenance and reporting. Follow company policies and OSHA/MSHA requirements, answer telephone/radio to take orders, grease equipment, and maintain courteous, professional interactions with coworkers, customers, and the public.

Key Responsibilities

•Operate plant controls to weigh and deliver specified quantities of aggregates for loadout and dumping into trucks.
•Partner with plant crew members to ensure production runs at efficient levels.
•Perform required safety-focused inspections at the start of each shift and at the end of each shift.
•Answer telephone/radio and take and input orders.
•Observe gauges/dials and machinery operation; assist with maintenance and compile reports on plant production and maintenance.

Key Requirements
