Job Summary

Coordinate end-to-end interview scheduling and recruiting queries for Diageo’s Talent Engagement teams, working closely with HRBPs, line managers, talent managers, and candidates. Partner to improve resourcing process delivery, support customer service experience, and produce ad-hoc recruitment reports. Serve as a point of contact for resourcing-related inquiries, coach employees and managers on HR people processes and self-service, and back up APAC during telephonic failures.

Key Responsibilities

•Interact with Talent Engagement team members, HRBPs, employees, line managers, and other first point teams across Europe and Americas.
•Coordinate interview scheduling activities end-to-end, including contacting the interview team and calling candidates as needed.
•Serve as SPOC for all resourcing-related queries and support recruiting questions with candidates, line managers, and talent managers.
•Produce ad-hoc recruitment reports and support process improvement and simplification efforts.
•Act as an ambassador for the HR model by coaching employees and managers on people processes, self-service, and compliance requirements.

Key Requirements

•2-4 years of experience
•Experience in HR and/or Shared Service environment is an advantage
•Good communication and logical skills
•Aptitude to quickly pick up systems and applications
•Able to build working relationships across first point teams and resolver groups
