Key Responsibilities

  • •Advise on designing an IT SOX control environment for an AI-first company, including controls for automated DevOps pipelines.
  • •Partner with Engineering, Security, IT, and DevOps to assess design and implementation of scalable and sustainable controls.
  • •Execute IT SOX testing across IT General Controls and IT Application Controls, including access management, change management, and computer operations.
  • •Perform system and process risk assessments, identify control gaps, recommend remediation, and own audit-ready control documentation.
  • •Coordinate with external auditors on IT SOX matters, track remediation of findings, and scale the IT SOX program through standardization and repeatable processes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 230,000 - 300,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Hands-on IT audit or IT SOX compliance experience in a fast-paced technology environment.
  • •Deep working knowledge of ITGCs, ITACs, and IT risk assessment methodologies.
  • •Experience auditing highly automated DevOps environments (CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, automated deployments) and adapting change-management and access controls.
  • •Experience designing, testing, and documenting controls across access management, change management, and computer operations.
  • •Ability to guide and direct internal team members and/or co-sourced partners while communicating proactively with senior stakeholders.
