Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary contact for matters concerning management of assets including Special Test Equipment, Equipment, Special Tooling, and Material.
  • •Administer and/or maintain aspects of the Property Management System across property lifecycle areas such as acquisition, receiving, identification, utilization, maintenance, and inventory.
  • •Collaborate with Property and Logistics management, DCMA, suppliers, and contracts to develop tactical goals and implement streamlining and integrated processes.
  • •Support compliance with regulations and internal/external audit protocols, taking action based on metrics that affect the property system.
  • •Deliver training and awareness materials tailored to audiences such as program leadership, engineering, lab management, and other functional organizations.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience with minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with minimum 3 years.
  • •Experience in Government Property Asset Management, Property, Operations, and/or Supply Chain.
  • •Experience in government property and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) compliance.
  • •Active and transferable Secret clearance level required at time of application, with the ability to obtain Top Secret or higher prior to start date.
  • •Ability to administer and maintain aspects of the Property Management System across multiple property lifecycle areas.
