Design and implement the orchestration engine, runtime, and primitives for agentic systems, ensuring loops are steerable, verifiable, and conversational. Own accuracy, resolution, cost, and latency metrics while optimizing personalization through data feedback.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and implement the agent SDK runtime, orchestration engine, and core primitives to keep the agentic loop steerable, verifiable, conversational, and adaptive.
•Expand capabilities via MCP matrix expansion by wrapping internal systems as MCP servers, sub-agents, and agent skills, and unify tool discovery and governance (dynamic registration, RBAC, rate limiting, version management).
•Build the Agent Development Lifecycle (Spec/Eval/Build/Test/A-B/Canary/Monitoring/Iteration) and create toolchains suited to non-deterministic agent behavior.
•Own end-to-end effectiveness and cost metrics, including accuracy, resolution rate, cost, and latency, and build personalization optimization loops from data feedback.
•Deliver continuous iteration by running evaluation, testing, A/B, and canary monitoring to improve agent performance over time.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or above in CS/SE or related field; 6+ years total experience including 3+ years in AI/Agent (or 8+ years with 0-to-1 Agent platform experience).
•Proficiency in Go or Python, with production-grade system design capability and TRD documentation experience.
•Deep expertise in LLM application engineering, including LLM APIs, prompt engineering, ReAct patterns, and context window management.
•Experience shipping production-grade agent systems (0-to-1 with an iteration loop), distinct from Demo/POC work.
•Familiarity with an orchestration framework (LangGraph, Dify, Eino, Embabel, OpenAI Agents SDK, etc.) and hands-on multi-agent collaboration (parallel/DAG/handoff).
