Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the subject matter expert for assigned computer systems, networks, and peripheral equipment.
  • •Provide support to maintenance for corrective and preventative maintenance activities.
  • •Investigate and resolve complex computer issues and provide reliability oversight through trending of issues.
  • •Develop long-term strategy for system upgrades and modifications to meet equipment reliability needs.
