Support routine Consumer Default operations within a team to reduce bank risk and losses tied to collections, loss mitigation, repossession, and remarketing. Process time-sensitive workflow queues, complete monetary and non-monetary transactions, and accurately process and image documents/mail. Provide inbound/outbound customer service through calls and written correspondence, maintain required logs and system notes, and communicate issues, deadlines, and quality or production concerns to leadership and partners.
