Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as senior Field Marketing advisor for an area, identifying growth opportunities and recommending priorities based on business performance, engagement signals, and enterprise direction.
  • •Own activation strategy, portfolio prioritization, and resource allocation across assigned areas, translating enterprise priorities into coordinated area activation plans and calendars.
  • •Lead cross-functional relationships and translate enterprise priorities into locally relevant activation programs connected to campaigns, content, brand standards, and performance measurement.
  • •Coach and develop Field Marketing team members by setting expectations for strategic ownership, activation readiness, execution quality, measurement, and continuous improvement.
  • •Provide strategic oversight and selective hands-on leadership for priority events and drive post-activation evaluation, including recommendations to scale, optimize, or stop investments based on outcomes.
