Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee multiple reconditioning lines and plan production for a full working shift.
  • •Manage facilities to meet or exceed production, cost, and quality targets when the General Manager is not onsite.
  • •Identify bottlenecks affecting throughput and efficiency; run root cause analysis, develop action plans, and execute with site leadership.
  • •Conduct weekly site performance reviews against targets and lead countermeasures.
  • •Guide daily site manager huddles and support continuous improvement projects, including implementing and training process changes.

Key Requirements

  • •Open to relocation, ideally nationwide but at minimum regionally (Northeast, Southeast, Midwest, West Coast).
  • •8+ years of management experience in an automotive or lean manufacturing environment.
  • •Experience leading a team of over 50 associates with a track record of developing employees.
  • •Ability to solve urgent operational challenges using root cause analysis and develop action plans.
  • •Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
