Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver lessons that inspire students to succeed and achieve best possible outcomes.
  • •Plan, prepare, and present sessions for the whole ability range; organise classroom resources and learning environment.
  • •Observe and assess children in line with school assessments, recording development using Target Tracker.
  • •Manage classes effectively following the school’s behaviour policy and demonstrate positive role-model behaviour.
  • •Work with colleagues and parents, liaise with support staff as needed, and support school events (including running a weekly ECA).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in the related subject with PGCE or other teacher qualification.
  • •Documents must be attested.
  • •Minimum 1-2 years teaching experience.
  • •Previous experience working with students for whom English is not their first language.
  • •A clean enhanced Disclosure and Barring Services check or police check.
