Key Responsibilities

•Lead and execute upstream new product planning for digital and connected cardiac solutions, defining multi-year strategies that align patient experience, clinical utility, and commercial impact
•Develop patient engagement frameworks that define how patients should interact digitally with their cardiac data, including motivation, adherence, education, and behavioral engagement across the disease journey
•Define cardiologist-centric data experiences that integrate into clinical workflows, decision-making processes, and care pathways
•Guide the strategy for mobile apps, remote monitoring, touchpoints, alerts, and personalized insights while ensuring usability and trust
•Support strategy development for integrating device-generated data into existing physician tools, dashboards, and EHR ecosystems aligned with real-world workflows

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: 135,000 - 155,000

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in business or engineering disciplines
•MBA preferred
•Minimum 5-7 years of experience in new product planning, product management, or strategy in the medical device space
•Experience with digital health, SaMD, AI/ML, remote monitoring, or clinical systems in a regulated healthcare environment
•Demonstrated experience in product development from conception to release, product management, and project management
