Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of major aviation, infrastructure, and mixed-use development projects.
  • •Manage multidisciplinary design and delivery teams across engineering, architecture, planning, and specialist disciplines.
  • •Serve as the primary client interface, maintaining relationships with clients, authorities, contractors, and key stakeholders.
  • •Drive project governance, programme controls, risk management, and commercial performance to deliver scope, schedule, budget, quality, and HSE requirements.
  • •Lead project reporting, resource planning, and financial management, and mentor/develop project managers and technical teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum 20 years of relevant experience in project and programme management.
  • •Proven delivery of large-scale aviation, airport, transportation, infrastructure, and mega-development projects.
  • •Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, commercial management, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • •Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, RICS, APM, or equivalent (advantageous).
