Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the full project lifecycle and ensure delivery from initiation and requirements through design, development, and delivery.
  • •Define project objectives, scope, plans, milestones, and ownership, and take responsibility for delivery outcomes.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional collaboration, track progress, and resolve risks, action items, and dependencies.
  • •Ensure timely, transparent communication and maintain clear, accurate project documentation.
  • •Continuously improve project management processes and tools.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above (any academic background).
  • •At least 2 years of experience in software development or cross-functional project management with end-to-end delivery of complex projects.
  • •Practical familiarity with Agile methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban.
  • •English proficiency for working language, including writing documentation and communicating with international teams.
  • •Experience with at least one project management tool such as Linear, YouTrack, Jira, or Notion.
