•Support development of sales targets and sourcing region market plans.
•Identify, assess, and manage new programs and business opportunities, including commercialization efforts with prospective customers.
•Create and improve systems and processes to collect, analyze, and interpret sales data using existing tools (e.g., Finance Cube, BI Tool).
•Support sales teams with customer data analysis, rebate analysis, new program ROI analysis, and sales forecasting; design ad-hoc reports.
•Manage sales target achievement measurement (SIP) and support ad-hoc projects for system reviews and improvement input.

Key Requirements
