Job Summary

Join Autodesk’s EMEA Scaled Customer Success team to drive onboarding and adoption for a portfolio of UK&I AEC customers. Proactively engage via outbound outreach and digital campaigns, monitor usage and health signals, and target at-risk accounts with consultative guidance. Help customers expand product utilization, improve workflows, and achieve milestones through cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Channel Partners, and Support—supporting growth through BIM, automation, and cloud-based solutions.

Job Function: Customer Success & Account Management

Key Responsibilities

•Proactively engage a broad customer portfolio through outbound calls, emails, digital campaigns, and meetings across key personas.
•Establish and execute scalable onboarding and adoption strategies using usage data and customer health indicators to increase product adoption.
•Identify and engage at-risk accounts with discovery and consultative skills to mitigate risk and realign to success.
•Help customers maximize their Autodesk investment by expanding product utilization, improving workflows, and uncovering growth opportunities.
•Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Channel Partners, Support, and other stakeholders to drive customer milestones.

Key Requirements

•Professional working proficiency in English.
•Relevant experience or education in the Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) industry or similar fields.
•Strong communication skills, including relationship building, active listening, influencing, negotiating, and objection handling.
•Proficiency or familiarity with time management, account management, business acumen, problem solving, data analytics, strategic thinking, and planning.
•Ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
