Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement, sustain, and improve the CI/IPS management system at the unit level, including Management System tools like dashboards, OEE measurement, and routine indicators.
  • •Deliver CI/IPS training and drive awareness, adoption, and cultural change through change agent activities across business and functional units.
  • •Maintain an improvement plan/project portfolio using gap analysis to recommend and implement process improvements that drive unit target achievement and organizational effectiveness.
  • •Support plant performance improvements across Safety, Quality, Service, and Cost Reduction targets using PDCA, LSS, Kaizen, RCA studies, and other CI tools.
  • •Partner with plant and production technology (IT) teams, including supporting digital OEE implementation, reporting, and evaluating new technologies for efficiency, safety, and product quality.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or Manufacturing engineering.
  • •Experience in Process/Industrial Engineering.
  • •Training in Lean Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing practices, and SPC; Green Belt/Black Belt certification desired.
  • •Knowledge of engineering and unit operations relevant to corn wet milling, including chemistry/heat and mass balances and separation/energy management.
  • •Strong knowledge of digital systems including OEE, integrated action tracking, and KPI reporting.
