Job Summary

Support the China Legal team with corporate, commercial, and regulatory legal operations in Mainland China. You’ll manage company chop usage and control records, assist with corporate governance and statutory filings, and organize core corporate and commercial documents such as contracts and board resolutions. The role also includes preliminary PRC legal research and liaising with outside counsel and regional service providers as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage company chop usage and maintain chop control records for China entities, including coordination of approvals, execution, and record retention.
•Support corporate governance and entity management, including company secretarial support, statutory filings, powers of attorney, authorization documentation, and document retention.
•Execute and organize corporate and commercial documents such as contracts, board resolutions, and HR-related documents.
•Conduct basic or preliminary legal research on PRC laws and regulations.
•Liaise with outside counsel and external service providers and assist with ad hoc projects for the China Legal team.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.
•2–4 years of relevant experience as a paralegal, legal assistant, corporate governance, or legal operations professional.
•Proficiency in Chinese and English, spoken and written.
•Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
•Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
