Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage company chop usage and maintain chop control records for China entities, including coordination of approvals, execution, and record retention.
  • •Support corporate governance and entity management, including company secretarial support, statutory filings, powers of attorney, authorization documentation, and document retention.
  • •Execute and organize corporate and commercial documents such as contracts, board resolutions, and HR-related documents.
  • •Conduct basic or preliminary legal research on PRC laws and regulations.
  • •Liaise with outside counsel and external service providers and assist with ad hoc projects for the China Legal team.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.
  • •2–4 years of relevant experience as a paralegal, legal assistant, corporate governance, or legal operations professional.
  • •Proficiency in Chinese and English, spoken and written.
  • •Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • •Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
