Job Summary

Coordinate and manage client–analyst relationships within the Insight Client Engagement team for Kpler’s commodity insights. You will support pre- and post-sales activities, engage with prospects and clients on energy markets, and help expand Kpler Insight through presentations, webinars, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as liaison between Kpler’s commercial teams and the Insight analysts, coordinating communication and ensuring alignment on client needs.
•Assist with the sales process of Kpler Insight by leveraging proprietary information and collaborating with sales and marketing to demonstrate value to the industry.
•Compile and present cross-commodity market updates during the sales process and ongoing client engagements.
•Coordinate with the broader Insight team when more in-depth presentations are required and ensure timely delivery of materials.
•Promote research and materials produced within Kpler across external stakeholders, building relationships with mainstream and specialist media.

Key Requirements

•5+ years trading/analysis experience in a major commodity group
•Confident external speaker, e.g., conferences
•Proficiency with MS Excel and PowerPoint
•Solid understanding of market dynamics in commodities (oil, gas/LNG or dry bulk)
•Experience in client-facing roles and managing pre-/post-sales interactions
