Job Summary

Shift Supervisor overseeing maintenance and supervision of the BEUMER ICS at CVG, coordinating maintenance intervals, ensuring safety and procedure compliance, and serving as primary contact for the customer when Site Manager is unavailable.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure safe work practices by enforcing safety policies, conducting routine safety checks, and mentoring technicians on procedures and hazard awareness.
•Assist with shift planning, task allocation, and coverage coordination to maintain adequate staffing for operations and maintenance.
•Communicate clearly with team members, leadership, and customer representatives regarding system status, maintenance activities, and impacts.
•Implement preventive and corrective maintenance to maintain system effectiveness and asset reliability.
•Plan, schedule, and execute corrective and preventive maintenance tasks in alignment with OEM and site requirements.

Salary: USD 35 - 38.31 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or technical certification in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred
•3–5 years of experience supervising large teams in automated material handling systems, preferably airports/logistics
•Proficiency in MS Office, CMMS platforms, and payroll software
•Must be eligible for, obtain, and maintain an Airside Pass (Security Clearance)
•Must be able to work any shift, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
