Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead process and system governance for updating and managing physical design standards with cross-functional leadership.
  • •Serve as system owner for studio workflow structures, including folder/drive architecture and digital asset organization in collaboration with BIM and Documentation managers.
  • •Organize, maintain, and publish design standards, playbooks, and templates through the CMS with the Documentation manager.
  • •Coordinate internal training modules and workshops to keep project managers and design teams up to date on evolving standards.
  • •Track workflow health, identify bottlenecks, streamline process pipelines, and escalate key performance risks; build compliance and QA/QC frameworks and manage near-term software seat allocations and licensing.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 160,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in Design Operations, Architectural/Engineering Project Management, Program Management, or Design Governance.
  • •Hands-on experience establishing document control protocols, digital asset management, file-naming conventions, and folder architecture.
  • •Proven ability managing complex workflows and cross-functional alignment in design-heavy or corporate rollout environments.
  • •Experience creating operational checklists, QA/QC frameworks, and governance playbooks for project execution teams.
  • •Fluency with digital collaboration and project management tools such as Google Workspace, Asana, Miro, Bluebeam, and Autodesk Construction Cloud / BIM 360.
