Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide first-level support for employees and line managers in HR-related inquiries

  • •Escalate issues to second-level support or triage inquiries to the appropriate queue
  • •Input basic employee data into the HR system database and document activities as requested and generate basic reports

Key Requirements

  • •Student/Graduate from HR, Finance, Linguistics or equivalent
  • •Proficiency in English
  • •Proficiency in German or Dutch
  • •Independent and self-reliant with good organizational skills
