Staff Technician, Mechanical Test

Build and support the fabrication, instrumentation, and mechanical testing of X-BAT aircraft. Construct structures and test articles from engineering drawings and CAD models, install strain gauges and sensors, route cabling, and verify calibration using DAQ systems and test stands. Execute structural repairs with aerospace-grade materials, document outcomes and anomalies, maintain safe, organized shop/lab work areas, and source inventory for parts and equipment.
