Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and analyze Treaty data & underwriting information for contractual documents (slips, cover notes, wordings, endorsements, addendum, reports/presentations) and verify accuracy.
  • •Provide technical analysis of statistics and underwriting information to support negotiation and placement of Treaty business by the broking team.
  • •Prepare summary term sheets and Treaty programme structure charts; maintain placement correspondence/documents.
  • •Ensure accurate and timely data input in the GRiDS data system and ensure compliance with Company and Market Rules.
  • •Collaborate with Asia Pacific and Global colleagues to achieve objectives and support brokers in client/reinsurer communications.

Key Requirements

  • •1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role, specifically in Treaty Reinsurance.
  • •Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail, particularly with numerical data.
  • •Good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • •Experience handling treaty slip documentation is an added advantage.
  • •Proficient in MS Word and Excel; familiarity with PowerPoint is a plus.
