Job Summary

Join the Reinsurance team as a Technical Account Management Associate in Singapore. You will prepare and analyze treaty data and underwriting information, support negotiation and placement of treaty business, maintain placement documents, input data into GRiDS, and collaborate across Asia Pacific and global networks to deliver accurate, timely, and compliant outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Prepare and analyze Treaty data & underwriting information for contractual documents (slips, cover notes, wordings, endorsements, addendum, reports/presentations) and verify accuracy.
•Provide technical analysis of statistics and underwriting information to support negotiation and placement of Treaty business by the broking team.
•Prepare summary term sheets and Treaty programme structure charts; maintain placement correspondence/documents.
•Ensure accurate and timely data input in the GRiDS data system and ensure compliance with Company and Market Rules.
•Collaborate with Asia Pacific and Global colleagues to achieve objectives and support brokers in client/reinsurer communications.

Key Requirements

•1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role, specifically in Treaty Reinsurance.
•Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail, particularly with numerical data.
•Good command of English, both written and spoken.
•Experience handling treaty slip documentation is an added advantage.
•Proficient in MS Word and Excel; familiarity with PowerPoint is a plus.
