Use hand tools and cutting-edge software to complete on-site installations and repairs, enforce safety standards, and support customer satisfaction through flexible weekend/overtime availability and occasional overnight stays.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate with team leaders/project managers and customers to understand requirements for on-site installation and repairs and to forecast issues, gather materials, and synchronize work.
•Act as direct customer contact and ensure customer satisfaction by diagnosing, repairing, and troubleshooting products and equipment at customer locations.
•Use software/technology and hand tools, following blueprints or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair HVAC units.
•Work with internal and external partners across new facility setups and retrofit projects.
•Maintain safety standards and record use, wear, and conditions to ensure security and accountability of company assets; remain flexible for overtime/weekends and occasional overnight stays.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent, or a certificate of completion from an accredited technical school; typically 0-2 years of HVAC experience (technical school/formal training preferred).
•Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficiency with a handheld computer (e.g., smartphone, iPad).
•Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations (including specified serious violations) in the previous 3 years.
•EPA certification preferred (e.g., HVAC Journeyman, Boiler Operator, Gas Installer).
•Capable of coordinating on-site installation and repairs by forecasting issues, gathering materials, and synchronizing work.
