Key Responsibilities

•Define and execute sales action plans with your manager to meet region goals, exceeding sales targets through stakeholder mapping, prospecting, qualifying and closing opportunities.
•Build, develop and manage your sales pipeline.
•Communicate with marketing and pre-sales to design and execute campaigns to improve internal and external processes.
•Use resources effectively, steering the BDRs and pre-sales reps to reach your sales goals.
•Provide regular pipeline and forecasting reports to the Sales Manager.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 3 years of sales experience in a high-velocity software environment; SaaS/CRM/CSM/ITSM knowledge is advantageous.
•Proven track record of overachieving sales goals in a large geographic territory selling a technical product.
•Highly motivated with a driven, consultative approach to selling and strong customer orientation.
•Fluent in English and German (C2); additional languages are advantageous.
•Self-directed, resourceful and able to collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, BDRs, pre-sales).
