Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement project management best practices for cross-functional E&SR reporting initiatives, including timelines, meetings, and stakeholder outreach.
  • •Support regulatory and voluntary disclosures (CSRD, ISSB, CDP, stakeholder questionnaires, ESG ratings, ad hoc requests, and website updates).
  • •Coordinate content and data collection/review processes and keep internal reporting management systems updated.
  • •Monitor current and emerging ESG regulatory requirements and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders.
  • •Conduct research, analysis, and benchmarking on sustainability topics to identify gaps, opportunities, and peer disclosure insights.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 64,800 - 81,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • •1+ years of experience with ESG reporting and regulatory frameworks (including CSRD, ISSB, and TCFD).
  • •Experience collecting ESG-related data sets (environmental and social data).
  • •Proficiency with Excel and Smartsheet (or similar tools) to support analysis and reporting.
  • •Exceptional attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects, and strong written/verbal communication for diverse stakeholders.
