•Receive, review, and process sales orders for the assigned region in a timely and accurate manner.
•Track order status and coordinate resolution of issues such as information errors, shipping delays, and logistics problems.
•Collect and summarize monthly product demand plans for the region and perform initial整理 and统计.
•Coordinate product allocations and return arrangements with factory planning departments and monitor pick-up progress.
•Provide feedback on supply状况 to the sales team and assist in addressing stockouts or supply fluctuations.

Key Requirements

•Diploma or higher; proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic computer skills with strong logical thinking.
•Mandarin fluency with clear communication skills.
•Strong learning ability, adaptability to new systems/processes, and good teamwork.
•Detail-oriented, responsible, and diligent attitude.
•Experience with order processing or supply chain is a plus.
