Key Responsibilities

  • •Debug and maintain building automation control systems.
  • •Provide pre-sales and after-sales technical support to customers and resolve issues found in maintenance/upkeep projects.
  • •Prepare control system documentation including floor plans, system diagrams, schematic diagrams, panel wiring diagrams, and system commissioning plans.
  • •Develop maintenance and service schedules and deliver planned maintenance services.
  • •Manage assigned projects (procurement/ordering, invoicing, implementation, acceptance, and collection), and coordinate customer communication to identify potential modification or service opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in related majors such as electrical automation, automation control, computer, mechatronics, or HVAC.
  • •5+ years of experience in building automation/BMS-related work, including technical lead experience on large BMS system retrofit projects.
  • •Strong knowledge of building automation control principles, including VAV system principles and commissioning methods (air balancing, heat/cold source group control, energy-saving control).
  • •Knowledge and hands-on experience with protocols such as OPC, Modbus, and BACnet.
  • •Familiarity with intelligent building products (Honeywell building controls preferred); skilled with Office, AutoCAD, and Visio, with a solid English foundation; team spirit and ability to adapt to short-term business travel.
