  • •Develop and execute a growth strategy across a prospect portfolio of Retail & Commerce clients with accountability for revenue, pipeline, and new business generation.
  • •Identify, originate, and convert new business opportunities through proactive client engagement and consultative selling.
  • •Build and maintain trusted executive-level relationships with senior client stakeholders across C-suite and relevant functional teams.
  • •Position Mastercard as a strategic growth partner by leveraging the Services portfolio, including Data & Analytics, Loyalty, Personalisation, Customer Engagement, Retail Media, and Security Solutions.
  • •Lead complex commercial discussions and negotiate enterprise-wide agreements; drive cross- and upselling initiatives in collaboration with internal teams to deliver measurable outcomes.
