Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead overall business operations, strategy, and performance to meet revenue, profitability, and growth targets.
  • •Drive sales, business development, partnerships, and market expansion, using the Saudi F&B network to identify opportunities.
  • •Oversee day-to-day operations across stores, teams, and business functions, ensuring brand standards and customer experience.
  • •Monitor sales, revenue, costs, profitability, and KPIs; manage budgets, forecasts, resources, and P&L performance.
  • •Lead store openings and expansion activities, negotiations with key clients/landlords/suppliers/partners, and ensure compliance with regulations and food safety standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, F&B Management, or a related field.
  • •10+ years of experience in F&B, preferably specialty coffee or café businesses.
  • •Proven experience as a General Manager, Operations Director, Commercial Director, or senior F&B leadership role.
  • •Strong background in sales, business development, and commercial growth.
  • •Strong understanding of P&L, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and profitability.
