Key Responsibilities

•Forge trusted relationships as the primary finance partner to segment and product leadership across Sales and Ops, delivering data-backed insights for decision-making.
•Own the segment’s revenue forecast and pipeline analysis, including revenue conversion, bookings quality, and cohort performance.
•Lead target-setting, budgeting, and expense planning, identifying opportunities to improve operational leverage.
•Collaborate with RevOps to establish a deal desk, define pricing guardrails, and assess deal economics to support long-term value.
•Build and maintain scalable, automated forecasting and reporting processes and conduct ad hoc modeling to evaluate unit economics and ROI.

Key Requirements

•6+ years in FP&A, strategic finance, banking, or consulting in a high-growth environment
•Strong grasp of non-GAAP SaaS metrics
•Ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects to completion
•Excellent communication and storytelling skills for senior audiences
•Experience with core finance and sales tech stacks (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce) and SQL/low-code dashboarding tools (e.g., Retool)
