Sr Program Specialist

Drive end-to-end project execution for customer sites, coordinating daily activities against milestone schedules. Own project P&L and customer satisfaction, including accurate monthly/quarterly forecasts, on-time delivery, and zero quality deviations. Lead site leads and project engineering efforts, manage subcontractors and vendors, and solve technical issues through regular reviews. Work with design/engineering teams to support revenue conversion across systems like FAS, ACS, CCTV, and BMS.
