Job Summary

Lead daily warehouse operations at the Paris, KY facility with moderate supervision. Oversee loading/unloading, stacking, palletizing, picking, staging, and verification of inbound/outbound paperwork while ensuring products are counted, complete, and undamaged. Establish and implement work schedules, coach and supervise warehouse associates, maintain accurate inventory records using scanners/computers, and compute daily/weekly production metrics. Ensure safe, OSHA-compliant warehouse practices and efficient, secure use of space.

•Establish work schedules and ensure associates complete jobs correctly.
•Supervise inbound shipment checking/unloading and orderly stacking, and oversee outbound picking/staging to meet productivity targets.
•Verify inbound/outbound paperwork with drivers and ensure products are properly counted, complete, and damage-free.
•Maintain timely and accurate records and reports, including inventory data using scanners/computers; compute/analyze daily and weekly production metrics.
•Supervise safe, efficient operation of material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts and hand carts) and support physical inventories/cycle counts while maintaining a clean, orderly, secure work area.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma preferred.
•3 years of leadership and warehouse experience.
•SAP WM Module experience is required.
•Familiarity with personal computers and material handling equipment is essential.
•Good supervisory and communication skills, including strong decision-making and coaching ability.
