Key Responsibilities

•Lead the Americas Field Activation & Execution team and define the strategy for field-specific enablement needs.
•Drive adoption of global skill programs while also supporting bespoke sales-team enablement needs and stakeholder engagement.
•Manage quarterly enablement leadership team connects to align on business impact and emerging needs with sales leadership.
•Provide structured feedback to global program teams to ensure programs meet specific field needs.
•Lead, coach, and develop field enablement managers, building organizational depth and bench strength.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,640 - 215,200 annually

•Excellent written and oral communication skills to influence senior sales leaders.
