Job Summary

Support customers by assisting walk-ins and phone callers, identifying needs, and driving a smooth inside-sales process. Process and distribute orders quickly, perform accurate sales-order data entry to generate invoices and secure payment, and estimate delivery dates. Handle counter warranty dispositions, receive and ship products, and coordinate pickups/deliveries with internal teams. Safely operate a forklift and help maintain a clean, efficient warehouse.

•Assist with receiving/shipping, operate a forklift safely, and support general warehouse duties while maintaining a clean facility.
