Job Summary

Lead large-scale cloud and network transformation pursuits from opportunity inception through contract signature. Own end-to-end solution vision, pursuit strategy, executive storyline, and deal governance while partnering with Sales, industry teams, Delivery, Commercial, and Legal. Facilitate client workshops, translate complex technical concepts into value propositions, and coordinate offshore presales for pricing models, SOWs, and proposal execution. Cover portfolio capabilities across cloud/network and transformation tracks.

Key Responsibilities

•Qualify early-stage opportunities, determine deal viability and strategic alignment, and own opportunities through contract signature.
•Define and lead pursuit strategy, win themes, solution positioning, and executive storyline.
•Architect end-to-end solutions aligning client outcomes with cloud and network capabilities; run client workshops and translate requirements into transformation roadmaps and operating models.
•Lead internal deal governance and secure approvals across Delivery, Commercial, Finance, Legal, and Risk; ensure solution feasibility, commercial robustness, and delivery readiness.
•Collaborate with Sales and industry teams on account planning and pipeline development, and help evolve solution offerings, reference architectures, and GTM assets while mentoring presales and solution teams.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience leading large-scale cloud and/or network transformation pursuits (€1M+ ACV).
•Strong end-to-end understanding of cloud, network, and managed service operating models.
•Ability to operate credibly at both executive and technical levels.
•Excellent stakeholder management and internal orchestration skills.
•Strong commercial awareness, including pricing models, risk management, and contractual structures.
